What we offer
Mature landscaping, community rooms and on-site laundry facilities provide a warm familiar setting and all are located conveniently along the city bus routes. Ranging from efficiencies to two-bedroom units, our Senior Housing Communities offer a safe and pleasant location to call home.
Each of the Senior Housing Communities is sponsored by Mt. Zion Baptist Church and owned by a not-for-profit corporation with it's own Board of Directors. Triangle Associates has managed these facilities since 1985.

Located in the near northwest area of Indianapolis, Andrews Gardens is a Section 221(d)(3) MIR apartment community. It's LMSA contract makes Section 8 available to 100% of the units and restricts admissions to very low-income elderly households.

Located conveniently on the city bus line in the near northwest area of Indianapolis, Mt. Zion Apartments is a Section 221(d)(3) MIR /100% LMSA Section 8 community. Admission is restricted to very low-low income elderly households.

Mt. Zion Suburban Apartments
Completed in 1974, Mt. Zion Suburban Apartments consists of two separate 3-story elevator buildings located in the city's northwest sector.
